Scanning Details: Every photo is individually inspected and scanned one by one, accommodating photos up to 8.5 x 11 inches
Cleaning and Adjustments: We remove dust and orient and crop all photos for the best possible digital reproduction
Organization: All photos are organized into clear groupings and labeled accordingly, ensuring easy navigation and retrieval
Digital Storage and Accessibility: Benefit from free Cloud storage for 180 days, with full privileges to share, edit, and download your photos directly from the Cloud

Organization: Each album and scrapbook is labeled, with photos organized in their order of appearance. Every page and image is carefully inspected and dusted

Whole Page Scans: Ideal for capturing the full context and layout of album pages

Specialty items
All items receive the same meticulous treatment our standard photos receive, plus additional care and consideration depending on their condition and medium
Aging Photographs: These items are handled with extra care due to their fragile nature. All aged photographs are scanned at 600 DPI, ensuring high quality should you wish to pursue restoration
Framed Photos: We can either capture both the frame and photograph together or remove the photo from its frame to scan the photo individually
Large Items (Photographs, Posters, etc.): For oversized items, we may need to take multiple scans and stitch these images together to ensure a comprehensive and detailed reproduction
Old Letters: Just as with aged photos, we handle old letters with utmost care due to their fragile nature. We scan at 600 DPI to capture all the intricate details available in a handwritten item
Christmas Cards: If the card is similar to a standard photo, the same rate applies. If the card is handwritten, the rate is the same as that for a letter, reflecting the additional care and detail required in scanning
Artwork / Children's Artwork: Depending on the medium, we will add an extra layer of protection to your artwork to safeguard it during the scanning process and to protect our equipment. This ensures that each piece, regardless of its material or sentimental value, receives the attention and care it deserves
Miscellaneous Items: If you have items not listed here, please feel free to contact us. We are more than willing to collaborate with you to find a suitable solution for your unique items. Our goal is to accommodate all your scanning needs with the utmost care and precision

Add Ons
Image Enhancement/ Editing: For this add on we can fully edit and enhance selected photos using our high quality photo editing software.
Scan the Backs: Should there be additional information or annotations on the backs of photos, we will scan both sides. This ensures you have a digital record of any historical or personal notes accompanying the original images
DPI upgrades: A higher DPI setting is recommended if you plan to reprint the originals at larger sizes. This option is particularly beneficial for preserving detail in older photographs, especially those that may require restoration
Extend Your Cloud Storage for 90 Days Extra: This add-on provides an extension of your cloud storage for 90 days beyond what is normally offered, giving you more time to download, share, or transfer your scanned images
Additional USBs: While we provide every customer with a USB, we also offer the option to add additional USBs, so that you can easily share with family and friends

Additional Services
Helping Organize: We offer assistance in sorting through your photos, removing (not scanning) blurry images, duplicates, and non-essential items like landscapes or flowers, and selecting the best shots from multiple retakes. If this service interests you, it must be discussed during the consultation
Prioritizing Certain Photos: We can prioritize photos that appear sentimental, humorous, or important by marking them and placing them in an additional folder. If this service interests you, then discussing the criteria for prioritizing photos during the consultation is necessary
Priority Service: If you need your photos digitized quickly for a birthday, holiday, or other events, we may be able to prioritize your order. This option may be limited by the number of people already in the priority queue, but we will be sure to inform you if that's the case
